Access to Adobe Creative Cloud has now been restored for all users, but files stored on Creative Cloud are not accessible for most faculty and staff accounts. Files stored on other systems, including personal and departmental file shares, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and university computers, are not impacted by this disruption. The Office of Information Technology is actively working with Adobe support to resolve this issue and restore access to Creative Cloud files. Updates will be provided as progress is made to restore access. The issue disrupting access to Adobe Creative Cloud has been identified and is impacting most university faculty, staff, and students. User access is now being re-established. This process is unfortunately slow and may take up to 24 hours before users can log in. We apologize for the disruption and inconvenience. An update will be provided when all user access is re-established.
