Update from Microsoft We’ve identified that a section of the Exchange Online service infrastructure that facilitates mailbox access is underperforming. We’ve redirected essential service processes to alternative infrastructure to mitigate impact and are monitoring service telemetry to ensure recovery.

Microsoft is reporting a disruption affecting some users' ability to connect to Exchange mailboxes. This is reportedly affecting some WMU Users. We will update as Microsoft provides more information.
