[Investigating] We continue to investigate a service disruption that may be impacting systems and services, such as file shares and authentication services, WMU login and authentication to goWMU, ELearning, W-Exchange, login to W-Secure. But most systems are available for use. Information technology staff members are working to identify the scope of impact, plan remediation and recovery efforts, and to mitigate any further outage. Updates will be posted on this banner as information becomes available.

[Identified] Microsoft has identified a recent change that may be causing issues with send, receive, or email search within Exchange. Microsoft has applied mitigation and is monitoring the service to ensure full recovery.

[Investigating] Currently we're experiencing an issue when trying to dial local phone numbers from WMU phones. Our TCOM team is investigating the issue and hopefully will have this resolved soon.
