[Resolved] This issue has now been resolved.

[Identified] The disruption earlier today was caused by a failed update to the banner certificate. Currently, banner is accessible via Chrome and Firefox ESR by clicking through the certificate error. If you require assistance accessing it please contact the Help Desk.

[Resolved] The issue preventing users from accessing Banner has been resolved. Users should be able to access the page once again. If you're still experiencing issues please contact the Help Desk.

[Investigating] Users are reporting being unable to access Banner. Technicians are aware and working to restore service as soon as possible.

Description

Monthly security updates will be deployed on servers from 12:01 a.m. to noon on Sunday, May 28. This may affect Windows and Mac machines that utilize services on these servers.
