They are continuing to work on correcting the the uPay site error listed below. uPay sites sending TouchNet encoded Success, Cancel, and Error URLs result in a “We’re sorry, a system error occurred.” error message. [Identified] TouchNet is aware of two outstanding issues that are impacting different areas of Marketplace: • Email receipts are not being sent upon order completion due to a configuration issue. • uPay sites sending TouchNet encoded Success, Cancel, and Error URLs result in a “We’re sorry, a system error occurred.” error message. We are currently unable to parse the encoded URLs to obtain the domain to whitelist the URLs. TouchNet is working to resolve these issues.

These phishing messages may appear to come from a legitimate source and will vary in content, not limited to the following: An enticing job offer promising reimbursement for purchases or asking for financial and other personal information. A link to digitally sign an unexpected document, which will prompt you for your credentials. A link to “reactivate” your account, which will prompt you for your credentials. A request to communicate through an email address outside @wmich.edu Messages may also come from unknown sources, not limited to the following: Threatening to expose fictitious online behavior. Falsely indicating that someone has your password. Requesting payment to keep quiet about false accusations. These messages are not legitimate. Taking any action on messages of this nature may put your Western Michigan University account, as well as your personal and financial information, at risk.
